Bob Bell was born and raised in Pensacola, Florida. He has lived in Minnesota, Georgia, Washington, DC, and New York. He has also traveled in thirty-eight countries. Yet he has never worked as a DJ at a strip club; consequently, he has never welcomed anyone to center stage named Ferrari or Cinnamon.
During his freshman year of college, Bob's neck was broken by a Full Nelson wrestling hold while roughhousing. The injury damaged his spinal cord, and he's spent the last twenty-four years as a quadriplegic. His spirit, however, was not damaged. And his journey since then, both literally and metaphorically, has been truly awe-inspiring.
Un Moving Four Ward: Tales and Tips For Keeping Perspective Despite Life's Challenges is Bob's first book.
